| Starting in 1974, a company called Phaeton Coach Corp from Dallas Texas started providing custom conversions for the Mustang II. The complete "Wild Duece" conversion kit was installed at Phaeton Coach for the price of $850. The complete kit included: racing style hood and nose extension, new rectangular dual headlamps, custom racing spoiler, energy absorbing bumper extension and Wild Duece decor group emblems and decals. For an extra $100 you could get color-keyed custom racing stripes as well. Special prices were provided to dealers customizing 12 or more cars. |
