History:
I've had the car since 1992, working on it when time and money
permits.
Bodywork is all in metal; Mods are; sparetire pocket removed from trunk
floor, rollcage added & subframe connectors, top removed and backseat area
covered. Customized taillights & back plate recess removed, custom back
flares with customized 67-68 stang back lower quarters added to work with a
67-68 lower back valance and custom 68 back bumper. 68 dash added, door
window openings & door handles filled. Firewall moved back 10 inches and the
tranny tunnel reworked for more tranny clearance. Not pictured; Cowl removed
to work with nose to windshield fiberglass hood. In process: flares for the
front fenders, custom nosepiece to go over 65 Shelby R front valance.
Drivetrain consist of a 351w mated to a t5 running to a 9" rearend.
Suspension currently are 2" dropped front spindles & new back springs.
