History:I bought this car in 1979. I daily drove it until 1990, when I
decided to park it until I had the time and money to fix it up right.
In
2003, I pulled it out of the barn and began the ground up
modifications.
The engine has been completely modified, the only remaining stock parts
are
the block and crank. I believe it has somewhere near 350hp. I put in
a
heavy-duty T-5 transmission and finished off the drive-train with an
Auburn
posi and Richmond 3.80 gears.
The exterior is original, except I put on Cobra R 17" wheels. I got
the
interior upholstery redone and had to slightly modify the console for
the
T-5.
